This Chimey Environmental Drinking Water Safety and Health R&D Center has been officially recognized and approved by Zhejiang Province as a provincial-level enterprise technology R&D center. It specializes in the research and development of technologies and equipment for drinking water safety assurance.

Covering a construction area of 1,952 square meters, the center comprises a bench-scale laboratory, a pilot test workshop, and a 1,200-square-meter engineering test center. It holds a total of 50 declared and authorized patents, along with two appraised scientific and technological achievements.
